adidas Originals Moskva GTX and St. Petersburg GTX
adidas Originals are adding to the esteemed City Series, going where they have never gone before, Russia.
Taking the 1991 Gazelle as its base the Moskva GTX and St. Petersburg GTX are serious winter versions. Treating the upper to Goretex and adding a bellows tongue means that only the very worst of any weather is going to get through, if at all.
The St. Petersburg comes in premium suede with black as the main body colour but adding the blue stripes which represent the city from the rivers and canals that cut through it as well as the football club.
The Moskva GTX comes wrapped in Goretex treated leather, all white except for the red stripes and heel tab and the Cyrillic text in gold.
Both versions come in a bespoke box with commemorative card detailing the origins of the trainers and both are released on the 7th of October.
