FOB FACTORY

FOB Factory were founded in 1995 in Kojima, Okayama, a region known for its textile production. It began as a company producing high-quality goods for other brands before launching its own brand to create durable, vintage-inspired workwear, military, and denim apparel. They use custom, high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, often working with vintage machinery, to produce its handcrafted items.

Their drive to produce the best quality and most authentic goods led them to purchase their own Toyoda G3 power loom. While it was seen as the most efficient and best loom for producing textile fabrics on its initial production (1924) this loom is now seen as one of the best at producing slow, low tension, high character denim. This denim can be seen on the F147 jeans and F2384 Pop over shirts we stock. Due to the nature of production for the denim used for them both they can only every make a limited number in a year. This, obviously, makes each item a limited edition and full of unique character.
